Developed in close collaboration with Bataleon pro rider Tor Lundström, the Tornado is a directional twin built for advanced to expert riders who refuse to stay in one lane. Whether you're laying down aggressive carves on groomed runs or hunting untracked lines in the backcountry, this board is engineered to perform at the highest level across all conditions.
The Tornado rides on a medium camber profile with SideKick™ tips that lift the contact points for cleaner transitions and natural float in powder. A MultiSync™ sidecut delivers reliable edge hold across variable terrain. The flex rating comes in at a stiff 8 out of 10, supported by a directional twin shape, a lightweight Paulownia-poplar blended core, Tri-Ax fiberglass lamination, Carbon Stringers, and D.R.S.T. SuperTubes for added edge power. The Ultra Glide S sintered base — a 7000-grade P-tex — rounds out a construction built for speed and durability. Backseat inserts add versatility for deeper powder days, and Step Down Rails topsheet geometry trims weight while sharpening carve precision.
The Tornado is built for experienced riders who demand a single board capable of handling anything the mountain throws at them. Its stiff flex and carbon-reinforced construction reward aggressive riding, making it ideal for those who push hard on hardpack and still want to float effortlessly in fresh snow. If you're past the intermediate stage and ready to commit to a true quiver-killer, this is your board.
