Burton Escapade Re:Flex 2027 – Women's Bindings

Description

The Burton Escapade Re:Flex is a women's all-mountain binding built for riders who refuse to compromise. Sitting just a touch softer than the Lexa on the flex scale, it delivers a lively, forgiving feel without sacrificing the support needed to push into steeper or more technical terrain. A strong everyday choice for intermediate to advanced women looking to ride more and think less.

The binding is built around a 30% short-glass/nylon composite baseplate and the Re:Flex mounting system, which offers universal board compatibility across most modern channel and 4x4 patterns. The ankle strap uses Burton's Hammockstrap technology paired with a Kickback Hammock hi-back, surrounding the boot in cushioned, even contact from heel to ankle. The Supergrip Capstrap 2.0 locks the toe without pressure points, and Double Take Buckles on both the ankle and toe straps tighten quickly with fewer clicks. The Hi-Back FLAD and MicroFLAD system let you fine-tune forward lean on the fly using a simple dial — no tools required. Note: a 3D Hinge Disc (sold separately) is required for Burton boards made before 2014.

Who It's For

This binding suits women who want a responsive, cushioned ride across varied snow conditions without the stiffness of a performance-oriented binding. The playful flex makes it especially rewarding in softer snow, on jumps, or through trees, while the full wrap-around comfort system keeps fatigue low on longer days. If you're moving up from a beginner binding or want something that grows with your riding, the Escapade Re:Flex hits the mark.
